We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Product Manager. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle, from concept to market success, ensuring products meet customer needs and align with company objectives. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external customers to identify new product opportunities, manage the new product development pipeline, optimize, and manage existing product structures, drive, and execute pricing strategies, and create impactful positioning to enhance profitability and market presence.

Market Insight & Customer Engagement: Engage regularly with the Sales team, Distribution network, and end-customers to gather insights into unmet needs, identifying opportunities to enhance product offerings.

Product Development & Business Case Creation: Develop compelling business cases for new product initiatives and manage the new product development pipeline to bring high-value products to market efficiently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Systems teams to optimize product structures and ensure efficient workflows for both new and existing products.

Pricing and Data Management: Administer, maintain, and update product and pricing data, including new product entries, pricing tools, and annual price adjustments. Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize profitability and competitive positioning.

Product Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute product marketing strategies, including product launches, campaigns, channel strategy, and other positioning efforts to maximize market impact.

Five plus years’ experience in industrial product management required.

Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems and/or valve automation and control systems.

Possess strong analytical skills, with emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

Familiarity with product development methodologies and lifecycle management.

Proficiency in pricing strategy and business case development.

Proficiency with excel and experience with Epicor or similar ERP and database tools required.

Product Manager

We are a leading manufacturer of pneumatic control valves, serving diverse industries including energy, manufacturing, mining, mobile/aerospace, and utilities. Our products play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and reliability across these sectors.

We're seeking skilled mechanical assemblers to join our Assembly department. If you have a passion for working with your hands, an eye for detail, and enjoy being part of a team that creates high-quality products, we want to hear from you!

Assemble pneumatic control valves using a variety of tools, including pneumatic drivers, torque wrenches, and other hand tools

Follow assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure product quality and consistency

Conduct functional tests on completed units

Crosstrain on different product lines as needed

Collaborate effectively with team members

At least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or related field

Proficiency with hand tools and pneumatic tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

Excellent communication skills in English

Background in mechanical assembly, particularly with precision components

Experience in industries such as manufacturing, energy, or utilities

Position Title: Electrical-Mechanical Design Engineer

Lead projects involving the testing and development of electrical components for valves.

Design products to meet industry and agency standards (UL, CSA, European standards).

Prepare and document design studies, trade studies, failure analyses, and test programs.

Adequately simulate electromagnetic systems for the design process of solenoid activated valves.

Assemble prototypes and conduct tests as needed.

Develop and specify wiring assemblies, power supplies, PCBAs, and control modules for electronically controlled equipment.

Programming of control systems for electronically controlled equipment.

Evaluate field problems and recommend design enhancements.

Provide technical assistance to manufacturing and troubleshoot production issues.

Coordinate design and engineering documentation releases with other departments.

Manage projects, ensuring schedules are maintained and deadlines met.

Explore new methods to expedite time to market and improve the New Product Development process.

Work with suppliers to address issues, review new products, and approve production samples.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). Masters Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, a plus.

3 -7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, designing and developing electromagnetic devices while interacting with cross-functional departments; sustaining engineering (experience with solenoids and valves is a plus).

Minimum of two years’ experience reading and creating electrical drawings and schematics.

Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical principles.

Proficiency in CAD systems (SolidWorks preferred).

Proficiency in engineering simulation software (EM Works preferred).

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities.

Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn-by-doing to tackle challenging problems.

Experience preparing FMEDA reports associated with Functional Safety directives.

Coordination of activities related to ISO documentation, such as FMEA and SWOT analyses.

Familiarity with North American or European industry standards (UL, CSA, ATEX, IECEx, etc.).

Familiarity with fieldbus protocols and use (EtherCAT, Ethernet I/P, DeviceNet, etc.).

Knowledge of Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ) and data analysis.

Hands-on experience with the use and programming of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for industrial automation and control systems preferred.
