Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble pneumatic control valves using a variety of tools, including pneumatic drivers, torque wrenches, and other hand tools
- Follow assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure product quality and consistency
- Conduct functional tests on completed units
- Troubleshoot assembly performance issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Crosstrain on different product lines as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or related field
- Proficiency with hand tools and pneumatic tools
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Preferred Experience
- Background in mechanical assembly, particularly with precision components
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, energy, or utilities
- Knowledge of quality control processes
