Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Product Manager. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle, from concept to market success, ensuring products meet customer needs and align with company objectives. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external customers to identify new product opportunities, manage the new product development pipeline, optimize, and manage existing product structures, drive, and execute pricing strategies, and create impactful positioning to enhance profitability and market presence.


Essential Job Functions

  • Market Insight & Customer Engagement: Engage regularly with the Sales team, Distribution network, and end-customers to gather insights into unmet needs, identifying opportunities to enhance product offerings.
  • Product Development & Business Case Creation: Develop compelling business cases for new product initiatives and manage the new product development pipeline to bring high-value products to market efficiently.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Systems teams to optimize product structures and ensure efficient workflows for both new and existing products.
  • Pricing and Data Management: Administer, maintain, and update product and pricing data, including new product entries, pricing tools, and annual price adjustments. Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize profitability and competitive positioning.
  • Product Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute product marketing strategies, including product launches, campaigns, channel strategy, and other positioning efforts to maximize market impact.

Minimum Requirements

  • Five plus years’ experience in industrial product management required.
  • Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems and/or valve automation and control systems.
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Possess strong business acumen.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, with emphasis on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies and lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in pricing strategy and business case development.
  • Proficiency with excel and experience with Epicor or similar ERP and database tools required.
